SAMSON AGBONLUA IMOLORHE (MR.)
An Engineer, Investment Banker, and Stockbroker, he has Post graduate degrees in Engineering and Business Administration. He received an MBA with distinction form the University of Lagos in 1985.
He was the founding Chief Operating Officer of Century Securities Limited, the only arm of the Century Merchant Bank which is still operating. He has over eighteen years experience in Investment Banking and Stockbroking .
He is an alumnus of the Chief Executive Program (CEP 4) of the Lagos Business School.

RICHARD OJEVWE ODUARAN ESQ. (MR.)
He has a degree in Law from the University of Lagos, and was called to the Bar in 1982.
An experienced Legal Practitioner, he served as Secretary and Legal Adviser during the founding stages of one of Nigeria’s foremost banks.
He runs his own legal practice with a strong bias for corporate and business law.

STELLA AYOKO IMOLORHE (DR. MRS.)
Dr Imolorhe is a Dental Surgeon with experience spanning twenty years in General Practice Dentistry. She graduated from the University of Lagos College of Medicine in 1982. Her work experience spans both the private sector (Duro Soleye Hospital) and the public sector (Lagos State Government). She set up her own practice in January 1994. She is married with three children.
